Disorganized. Waited 2/12 hours for new car service that was supposed to take an hour. Difficult to get help with electronic set up questions. I was overcharged what my contractual obligations were on my lease buyout and now need to pursue damages through various consumer protection agencies. It’s sad when a company does not honor a contract presen my lease buyout and now need to pursue damages through various consumer protection agencies.
