My wife and I went car shopping memorial day when we arrived at the dealership we were greeted at the door by Chad. He had a big smile, and was very friendly. Little did we know he wound up being our salesman and we were very happy that happened. He was very courteous, professional, and friendly and knowledgeable he spent a good 2 to 3 hours with us. He had a lot of patience. The dealership was very busy but he did not rush. We wound up buying a used Kia Sportage and we picked it up on Wednesday. He went over the car with us the finance man Jeff was also very nice.
