Yesterday we purchased a Kia Telluride at Jeff Belzer's in Lakeville, We had been to another dealership twice and had made many calls. We were drawn to Jeff Belzer's because of an outstanding vehicle pri in Lakeville, We had been to another dealership twice and had made many calls. We were drawn to Jeff Belzer's because of an outstanding vehicle price. Even though our sales rep Marshall Berg knew we intended to buy, he spent time with us walking us around the outside, inside and through the technology. He helped us look at color and interior options and even took us on a test drive of the actual car we were thinking to buy. He gave us insightful information and tips and helped us through decision-making. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He walked us through all of the next steps with careful information, laying out all of the options in a clear way. We then were setn on to Donny Abboud, an expert with accessories. He knew his stuff and gave us some good discounts. From there we met with our finance guy David Moghadam. He was friendly and efficient and made the whole process pleasant. He knew the answers to all our questions. Clearly very professional and knowledgeable. Thomas Fisher was our Delivery Coordinator. He helped us make our newly detailed car our own. He connected our phones to our new car, walked us around the outside and interior providing really important information and how-to's. Then he taught us about all the wonderful safety technology and how to use it, helping us set up certain aspects. He also gave us important tips along with do's and don'ts, all the practical stuff you need to know. Our experience was truly remarkable. CJ Lewis was very professional and kind. He answered all of my questions and found the perfect SUV for me. The next day, I came and bought it. Jessica Gitch is magical. Both me and my boyfriend are poor, like paycheck to paycheck, use paypal to have food delivered, Uber to get to and from work, pay friends for rides etc POOR. And even then we would have to skip some meals from time to time just to have the money to get to work, right? Anyways, just to paint a picture, seriously. This is important. My boyfriend works at 7 in the morning (TRY getting an Uber/taxi that morning CONSISTENTLY), I had just acquired a job but it also required me to have a car to get to said job... So the issue was we were spending 300 dollars on rides A WEEK(what, we did the math) just to get to and from work, so not ideal... The other problem we were facing is not having enough money for a car but needing to work to have money for the car. ANYWAYS. Jessica assured us before we drove out there (About and hour and twenty mins) that there wouldn't be an issue and she would do everything in her power to help us. That does not mean we would be leaving with a car that day, mind you, and we knew that. Jessica and her team treated us so well, my boyfriend and myself are first time car owners so we know absolutely nothing about this. They did not treat us as if we were supposed to know ANY of the information. They educated us and explained things so we could understand, we were able to ask the questions needed and vice versa. Since we were on a very very low budget we scraped together what we had right then and there... I'm going to tell you what it was so you get an idea as to how amazing this team is. We only had 900 that we were able to put down, like that was all of our money EXCEPT the rent we had set aside. Jessica spent HOURS looking for something we could drive. Our preferences were quite low, something small(I have high anxiety in anything bigger than a kia), maybe used if easier to find, not too technological if it makes it less expensive. But really just small is what I was looking for because of my anxiety. Jessica asked us more questions to make sure she had all of the information needed and worked her magic. Once she found the vehicle she asked if we wanted to take it out for a test drive and we sure did!! Lucas, who trusted us with his life for the test drive was amazing and fun to chat with on the drive! We ended up needing to dig into our rent for a chunk of money and cut our losses... It was either be late on rent or not have a car and be able to support ourselves, as not ideal as it is to be late on bills... sometimes you have to. You may be there for 5+ hours, be patient, be willing, be prepared to wait. It'll be worth it. We appreciate Jessica and the freshstartteam SO MUCH. SO SO SO MUCH. Y'all changed our lives for the better and we could not be more thankful. 10/10 would recommend! <3 More
