Aiden was dishonest and said my documents were ready to sign. They weren’t. I was then lied to by the finance woman and was told she had to hand write my business name on all the forms and it would take 4 sign. They weren’t. I was then lied to by the finance woman and was told she had to hand write my business name on all the forms and it would take 45 minutes longer. The forks I signed were computer generated, not hand written. The docs just weren’t ready. This place is a joke. 4 hrs to buy a new car? I didn’t get done until 7 and went in at 3:30. More
Arrived at this Lancaster location to view a new two-tone Kia Soul that (per their website) was "in stock" .. only to find that it was expected to arrive in 2+ weeks!? Very disappointing as these tw two-tone Kia Soul that (per their website) was "in stock" .. only to find that it was expected to arrive in 2+ weeks!? Very disappointing as these two-tones are hard to find. Staff seemed scattered and not very helpful. For example, Coughlin Kia of Dublin had a two-tone Kia Soul advertised, which we inquired about .. and the entire time we were there the Manager was supposedly "still checking" on that vehicle to see if it was in stock. After a while we left, and once at home I called the Dublin location and that two-tone Kia Soul was indeed there. That phone call took me about two minutes .. so not sure what the Lancaster Manager was doing?? Anyway, we found & purchased one elsewhere. Obviously, our Coughlin Kia of Lancaster experience was not a good one. More
I was looking for a good used car with low mileage My credit is not the best so I was a bit worried to apply for more credit. I had no trade or money down. Made an online service appointment on a Saturday for Monday morning. Arrived a bit early and was immediately welcomed by the service writer. Explained the situation I was having, went into the waiting a Monday morning. Arrived a bit early and was immediately welcomed by the service writer. Explained the situation I was having, went into the waiting area and within 10 minutes the service tech had identified and repaired the problem. Received a complimentary multi-point inspection, alignment check, and vehicle wash. Very pleased with this encounter! More
Called three times to follow up on my last visit as they were going to check with corporate about the tear in the driver side upholstry. It has been two weeks and no word from them.
