During the process of getting my wife's new 2025 GLE 450, my own GLE 53 Coupe had an indicator light come on that same day. Chris arranged on the fly, with the coordination of the service department, to expedite the service. When I pulled in, there was someone there who knew my name and stated that Chris had arranged everything specifically for me. Due to a scheduling conflict, we were unable to visit the dealership to pick up her new car. No problem, he had it delivered to our house by driving it himself personally! My car was just delivered after being successfully repaired, and they picked up the loaner. We are on schedule for my new 2025 GLE Coupe 53 to be picked up next Monday. I absolutely wouldn't want anyone else helping us with new car transactions other than Chris. He is beyond professional and reliable.
