If you value your time or sanity, avoid Ford of Franklin’s Service Department at all costs. I dropped my truck off on a Sunday, got a call Monday saying they’d have a diagnosis by Tuesday. Reasonable enough — except Tuesday came and went with radio silence. I called Wednesday, only to be told they’d look at it Thursday. Thursday passed — no updates, no calls. By Friday, after yet another call on my part, I learned they still hadn’t even looked at the truck and they wouldn't do so till next week. Let that sink in — a full week with my vehicle sitting there untouched. No diagnosis, no progress, not even the courtesy of a proactive update. At that point, I pulled my truck from Ford of Franklin and took it to Ford of Columbia. The difference was night and day: they had a diagnosis the same day, warranty work approved the next, and parts ordered within 48 hours. Everything Ford of Franklin failed to do in an entire week was handled by Columbia in two days. My so-called “service advisor,” Jesse M., might as well have been a ghost. The lack of communication, urgency, and professionalism was astounding. Bottom line: If you value your time, don't bother with the service department. Time is valuable. If I am told you are going to look at the truck Tuesday - then look at it. If you are not going to be able to get to it for a week, then tell me that so I can go elsewhere and not waste my time. More
This was my first brand new car purchase! Evan and the finance person were FANTASTIC. Evan worked with me all day via text message!! Once we had picked a car and handled financing, I drove to Franklin to pickup the vehicle!! Evan had the car detailed and filled up with gas. He went with me on a test drive! He was genuinely as excited for me as I was!! He took his time and walked through all the features of the car and the app and what not. He made sure I was completely comfortable before he let me leave!! I will continue to by any vehicles my family needs from him as long as he is there and with Ford of Franklin always! The finance person was amazing as well! He was down to earth and as country as I am! We discussed where i lived and different funny stories about being younger. When it come to the paperwork, he slowed down and went through each page and line with me. He explained all the warranties and cash back that i was receiving. He made sure I was comfortable with everything before we finalized. Over all great experience!! More

Our interaction was with salesper 2025 My wife and I visited Lincoln of Franklin to look for a new vehicle and had a deeply unsettling experience. Our interaction was with salesperson Ben Rhett. While the initial test drive of a 2026 Corsair was fine, the situation deteriorated when it came time for our trade-in appraisal. Mr. Rhett took the key to our vehicle to perform the appraisal. When he returned, he did not give our key back. We asked for our key, but he stated he was getting the appraisal from his manager and left with our key again. Upon his return, he was eager to push us into discussing the appraisal paperwork and ignored our repeated requests for our key. He claimed his manager had the key and continued to deflect. It was only after we insisted firmly for a third time that he finally retrieved our key after another delay. This tactic of holding a potential customer's key to prevent them from leaving is completely unacceptable. After deciding to leave due to this high-pressure environment, we walked outside to find that our car was not where we had parked it. The dealership staff had moved our vehicle to another parking lot without our knowledge or permission. More

I called Lincoln of Franklin TN the morning of 8/2. I talked with sales person Alex Renfro and told him what vehicle we were looking at and wanted to buy. We arrived in the afternoon. My experience was amazing. I got the exact car I wanted with my dealer's help. Kaleb made sure everything was exact for me. If something wasn't he would make sure it was fixed. Casey worked my deal remotely (I'm over 2 hours away, but they found the truck I wanted) and delivered to me. Not only were they extremely flexible to get the deal I needed, they included extras on lifetime they found the truck I wanted) and delivered to me. Not only were they extremely flexible to get the deal I needed, they included extras on lifetime power train warranty. When I went to license in my state, the check they sent was 'a bit short'. it wasn't a ton of money, so I paid it, and didn't complain. Today, without calling our asking, I received a check for the licenses fees not covered. 95% of dealerships would have pocketed that money. These guys are trustworty, and easy to deal with. I will be calling them for my next Ford. More
