Couldn't have been happier with my experience with Ford/Lincoln service department yesterday. I spoke to Ron on the phone to make the appointment and he took over from.there. He met me the morning of my appointment and guided me through the rest of the process. My truck was ready long before I was expecting it to be. Kudos to the service technician and to Ron. I'm definitely going to keep coming back.

No way would i recommend the service dept. poor management explained the problem with air ride system they ignored me charged me 600 and had the same problem they fixed NOTHING still had same leak problem i same spot ! had to go to ram and they refunded my money ram said that would go against the dealership

I purchased a 2026 Ford Maverick Lobo and I absolutely love it! Despite not having any money down and an older SUV I owed a lot of money on the sales team, right up to the General Manager himself went above and beyond to put me in the truck. Big thanks and shout out to Patrick who was my salesman. It took a long time but he never left my side and was the most polite person I think I've met! He made sure before I took possession of my new truck that it was washed and filled with gas. He even went over the entire truck with me, not only showing me features but ensuring my new truck was set up properly. Great guy and great sales team!

I hd my car in roughly 4 months ago for losing acceleration. I was promised it would never happen again and if it did it was covered under warrantee. I lost excleration and the wrench came on and then the engine warning light. I immediately contacted the service team and was assured it would be handled. A week went by t=with no effort to contact me or give any sort of update. I finally called and to say the least I raised my voice over the lack of service. Promised it back COM monday. They delivered as promised but charged me 2k saying that a radiator hose had leaked on a sensor and once the fluid evaperated off the system reset. The games that are played to avoid keeping the promise I was given by Jason. Mike was absent in the responsibility to keep the customer informed. So here I am on the road and its happening again in less than a week. Not sure that I would trust them to boil a pot of water!! Adding insult to injury they charge you 3% if you use your credit card.
