After doing thorough research on the market, including accident records, comparable listings, and auction data, I made a fair offer. After several days of negotiations with the sales rep, Mike, the general manager responded dismissively and inaccurately referenced KBB at “$28,000 wholesale” and “$32,000+ retail” values that do not reflect current market conditions for a vehicle with an accident on record, visible interior wear and curb rash, and more than a month on the lot. His tone was condescending and unprofessional, implying that I couldn’t afford the car and that I should look for “an older model with more miles.” As an experienced professional with more than three decades in high-end sales, I expect — and give — respect and transparency in every transaction regardless if I’m the seller or the buyer. Sadly, that’s not what I experienced here. I cannot recommend this dealership and hope their corporate leadership takes note. More

The process started out great with sales rep Mike. once I took possession of the vehicle we discovered the rear window screen cover was missing. The sales rep told us the piece was ordered from German once I took possession of the vehicle we discovered the rear window screen cover was missing. The sales rep told us the piece was ordered from Germany and it would take 3 weeks. it has now been 2 months and I get no return calls or return texts from the finance manager Kirk - Darrel nor our sales rep Mike. Not to mention we were told the brakes have been replaced and service will not be needed for 10k miles I have driven the vehicle less than 2k miles and we are due for service. Once the financing was done and the dealer got the loan to close we have been ghosted use caution purchasing from this dealership no follow through and that's a shame love the car a 2022 740i and the upfront service they provided out of the gates shame they treated me this way at the close of deal More
