Both Scotts never made that assumption. They treated me as the customer, plain and simple. When the first car I was interested in turned out not to be the right fit, there was zero pressure to move forward anyway. That patience is exactly what led me to the car that was actually perfect for my needs. The purchasing process itself was smooth from start to finish. Even after closing, the finance department took the time to thoroughly walk me through the maintenance package options rather than rushing through the paperwork. A year later, I couldn't be happier with my purchase and my overall experience with BMW San Luis Obispo. Scott Inman has since moved on from Sales at the dealership, but I've become familiar with Jeffrey Thompson (JT) through bringing my car in for washes, and when I'm ready for my next BMW, he's who I'll be reaching out to. One more perk worth mentioning for locals: you can bring your BMW in anytime for a complimentary car wash, and it's not just a quick drive-through rinse. They fully detail the car, including tire dressing, interior dash cleaning, and floor mats. Highly recommend this dealership. More
