I recently went to fort Myers Hyundai for a recall and found out that my vehicle had (2) recalls and that it was going to take some time to complete. My service advisor offered to take me home and pick m found out that my vehicle had (2) recalls and that it was going to take some time to complete. My service advisor offered to take me home and pick me up when the vehicle was completed, but I opted to stay and had some of the dealers snacks and beverages that seemed to make the waiting go by faster and before I knew it my vehicle was done (ahead of the promised time). Told 3 different prices for an oil change with the one I paid not being what I agreed to. It took 3 hours for an oil change. One of those hours my car was done and I was staring at it through a window, but paid not being what I agreed to. It took 3 hours for an oil change. One of those hours my car was done and I was staring at it through a window, but because of paperwork they couldn't cash me out. Not sure what paperwork took an hour for an oil change. I also received no sticker telling me when I need my next oil change and they also didn't change it in my car for the second time so it's showing I'm 3,000 miles past due for one. I will never return! More
