He was professional, paid attention to details, and kept us updated while the truck was being serviced. I'll be working with them the next time I need a repair. More

I showed up early, but didn’t have to wait. I wish the lug nuts didn’t disintegrate after a few times using them, but that’s the way they are designed. We took our car in for service and in the process we were told that we had an oil leak behind the timing cover gasket and they wanted to replace it, timing belt needed to be replaced, a new battery, and repl told that we had an oil leak behind the timing cover gasket and they wanted to replace it, timing belt needed to be replaced, a new battery, and replace the water pump. We had just had a new battery installed at a different Ford service department in MO four months earlier. We explained to Jacob Wagner that the battery should be covered under warranty. He asked me to provide receipt and I told him the other dealership said it would be listed in the four database. He finally found the battery install date of service, and then he started trying to tell us that they would just clean the battery and get it in full working condition again. I insisted on a battery replacement at this point as it was covered under warranty. When this happened, we started wondering if this dealership service department was legitimate and so we paid for the original service that we took it in for and then found a local reputable automotive repair company and asked for a second opinion. Not only did we not have an oil leak, we did not need a water pump or a timing gasket. Those two items alone totaled almost $3500 unnecessary repairs. My husband and I are both generationally Ford purchasers. His grandfather knew Henry Ford personally and worked for him for 40 years. We are died in the wool Ford people. We will continue to be Ford people but if we have to drive all the way to Deerborn, to avoid this service department, we will never go to Group One Pensacola again. This was the worst service experience of our lives. More
