Made an appointment to bring in my 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali for an oil change, tire balance and rotation. Received 2 reminder texts.(. Which I appreciated) Arrived 15 minutes early, they came to check Denali for an oil change, tire balance and rotation. Received 2 reminder texts.(. Which I appreciated) Arrived 15 minutes early, they came to check me in and said I wasn’t in their system.( appointment was made a week earlier). It took some time to check in because I had to wait for other customers.My appointment was for 9:45, I got my truck back at 12:25. During check in, I had to remind him that there is a 6.2L engine in my truck and that because of a recall on the engine, it needs special oil..My opinion is none of the employees that I had contact with were very friendly and all business. I’m from Minnesota and the people at the dealers are much more friendly than here. If I have to wait at home, everyone ( salesman, mechanic, yard person and office workers) ask if I have been taken care of. More
Took my leased Blazer EV in for what I thought would be warranty service. They were unable to locate the slow leak in the right rear tire but did rotate the tires as that was due. Now the slow leak moved t warranty service. They were unable to locate the slow leak in the right rear tire but did rotate the tires as that was due. Now the slow leak moved to the right front. So I took it back and they reported that the tire had a nail that was too close to the sidewall to repair. They wanted $350 to replace the tire. This seemed high to me and I found the exact tire online for $250. When I took the car to my regular tire store they said the tire was repairable and did not charge me for the repair. More
