On 1/27/26 I had 2 issues and both were handled wrong: 1. Check engine light was on. Never told me the cost of the diagnostics. Updated program without contacting me first with the cost and co wrong: 1. Check engine light was on. Never told me the cost of the diagnostics. Updated program without contacting me first with the cost and come to find out it is not covered under insurance. Which doesn't make sense because the error is caused by a malfunction in the system. This was a $163 cost. Best of all, my check engine light just came back on today 1/29/26, waste of my time and money. I guess next time I just let the light stay on until something breaks. 2. After my last routine service my front brake light sensor stopped displaying the percentage of pad life remaining. I thought maybe it just needed to reset itself. After a couple of weeks realized it still wasn't working and thought that the tech must have unplugged it. I figured they would do a quick visual inspection and see it was unplugged and no issues. I was wrong. They ran a second diagnostic without telling me there would be a charge for that. Another $163 charge. I would have told them never mind. What really ticked me off was when I asked for an explanation I was told I hit something and it broke the wire. That really troubles me because it is an off-road vehicle, those wires are not in an easy spot to get damaged. My thought is that a tech accidentally snagged the wire and broke it. May not even known it happened. Bottom line is I have never had issues with the service in the past and suddenly I get nailed with a $375 charge and never knew any of it was coming. Worst of all I am in the same position I was in when I brought it in just out a lot of money and time. I just wish all the money I put out fixed my problems.
