Great experience with Bob Pulte. Family on a road trip and had some major car trouble. We chose a Chevrolet dealership for service. Glad we did. Worst dealership I’ve ever worked with. Bought a car from them that was a good deal and within a few days noticed issues. Called them to address with no acceptable solution. Finance person (Karen) was the worst! Should’ve stopped the deal right then, but gave them the benefit of doubt. I will never go back to this dealership, no matter the deal they offer. Blake checked it well and did what he could. Unfortunately, I still having an issue to resolve. I keep getting codes but have to reset them to get it to the shop.
