I first met Dave Winnie in person when I came in to see a used car. He got the car and we went for a test. I then saw a new car and asked about a lease. There was no pressure what-so-ever. I put a $500. 00 deposit down on a used vehicle and proceeded with purchasing. I However, I subsequently had a difficult time getting information from Brandon and later from the finance manager, Amy. Many texts or calls were unanswered. I decided to back out of the deal. On 1/20, I texted Brandon about my decision and requested information regarding return of the deposit. When that text was unanswered, I texted him again. And I’ve been texting every day, sometimes twice a day, from January 21, including today. Similarly, there was no response from Amy. I had left three voice messages and have not heard back. Our disappointment notwithstanding, as of noon today, I’ve still not received the $500.00 deposit return. More
