I have been a loyal customer since 2020 and have trusted your dealership to service my vehicle. However, I now feel frustrated, misled, and taken advantage of after being told multiple times that my air con your dealership to service my vehicle. However, I now feel frustrated, misled, and taken advantage of after being told multiple times that my air conditioning compressor failed for different reasons. My vehicle has been serviced only by your dealership. I brought my vehicle in for air conditioning issues, and the compressor has allegedly been repaired or replaced four different times. Each time, I was given a different explanation as to what caused the failure. I am now being told that my water pump caused the air compressor to go out, which raises serious concerns for me. What is especially troubling is that I did not have overheating issues with my vehicle, and I trusted that prior repairs were properly diagnosed and completed. Since your dealership has been the only service provider for my vehicle, I do not understand why these issues continue to happen or why I am now being told I owe an additional $1,600 for another repair. Because Buddy Chevrolet has been the only place to service my vehicle, I believe the repeated failure, changing explanations, and continued repair costs warrant a serious review. At this point, I have lost confidence in the accuracy of the diagnoses and repairs performed on my vehicle. As a loyal customer since 2020, I cannot ignore the fact that this experience has left me feeling taken advantage of rather than supported.
