was good overall. . needed the 15 k oil change.they did it in an hour and a half, which was a first!! .but then the worker was trying to push a $300 ' maintenance step' . needed the 15 k oil change.they did it in an hour and a half, which was a first!! .but then the worker was trying to push a $300 ' maintenance step' thing, which was really only changing the air filters and tire rotation, which had already been done a month ago as I had to have a tire replaced....i googled average price for that,not said $150! Brandon was very courteous and helpful as he explained my car's needs. Also, he helped provide me a ride home as they needed a little more time to work on my car for other things. In for white paint recall on my palisade. They also took care of all other active recalls, detailed interior, and gave me the 3rd row loaner that I needed for two weeks. All free of charge. Hopefully the paint will hold up this time, and hopefully I won't have to go in again for the hood requiring repaint. But that wouldn't be fault of this dealer. More
