Everyone I came in contact with was polite, well-mannered, professional and accommodating. The service that I requested was completed correctly. The one glitch was that I needed to pay by check as my credit card had been hacked and therefore shut down the day before, and I don't carry large sums of money. Unfortunately you do not take checks so I needed to go to my bank to make a withdrawal. The young man waiting on me offered to call an Uber at Findley's expense, which was appreciated. For about 2 weeks prior to my appointment I received frequent reminder notices. It might be a good idea to include in those messages a notification of your no check policy which could help your customers in being prepared. I admit that that might have been stated somewhere, however I did not see it. More

Two tries and 5 days with my car at the service center has produced zero results. My cruise control and automatic high beam need to be adjusted. Cruise control is reacting to cars to the right of me and h has produced zero results. My cruise control and automatic high beam need to be adjusted. Cruise control is reacting to cars to the right of me and high beams are not going on nearly enough and sporadically. Cannot live with cruise control the way it is currently working since I use it all the time. It is proving to be quite dangerous by slowing down rapidly for some car to my right on daily occasions. How can I resolve this problem. The dealership seems to think I'm the only person that has ever had this problem. I have had five other cars with this type of cruise control and none of them are sensitive to cars to my right or left. More
