I walked into your dealership in my usual manner, not dressed well and certainly not dressed as many would expect a Mercedes driver to look. I spent my career as a professional salesperson and have seen many tricks of the trade. I chose to do my selling as Brad did, educate the customer with only as much as they wanted and not being pushy, only asking the right questions at the right time. Brad also had Cody Gastric answer some of the questions and after we bought they answered many more including having Cody come to our home and teach us more. Great touch and part of the reason we chose to make our purchase from you. Great teamwork. The bit of sales training that I liked to teach was being able to read the customer and only answer the questions they really want answers to as opposed to doing a monologue from the owners manual. Mercedes Benz of Easton offers the best customer experience. I needed emergency car repair after business hours. Spencer Stewart sent a tow truck for my vehicle and a car to take me home.
