Davon and Wade showed us several cars in our price range and we purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion. As we were signing the order, Wade asked us if we were interested in trading in our 2013 Explorer for a 2015 Pathfinder Platinum. They made us an offer we couldn't pass up and decided to purchase it. Adam was very helpful in pulling all the paperwork together for both. The next day we decided it wouldn't be much more to get a new 17 Pathfinder Platinum, so I called Davon and asked him to make it happen. 5 days later, Davon, Wade, and Adam had my new vehicle and paperwork ready to go. They made it very easy and pleasant to make the upgrade. More

Worst experience ever. We made a total of 3 trips to this dealership to get the car we wanted. The tried to get us with a internet fee. We were preapproved with our own loan We made a total of 3 trips to this dealership to get the car we wanted. The tried to get us with a internet fee. We were preapproved with our own loan somehow because we didn't go through their finance department the price went up. So we used their people to get a different loan. After purchasing the car they gave a us a temp tag. And we never received a new tag. What they ended up doing was transferring the tag from our other vehicle which we still drive. My fiancé got pulled over and put in handcuffs because she was driving a car with no tag. I had to go home and get the purchase papers on the car and go to her so she wouldn't get arrested. We call the dealership and they corrected it. We purchased to the two yr service/maintenance program. I take the car in and we only have 4 visits. I was baffled. Because I paid 900 dollars and they are only giving me 4 visits. I called two other Nissan dealerships and inquired about purchasing the same program and both said it would be 400. Right before we signed for the vehicle we noticed some duck tape hanging out of the front driver side wheel well. The whole inner wheel well was being held together by duck tape and zip ties. I understand a flat tire probably did this damage but for a dealer to try to sell a newer used car like this without mentioning it or fixing it preferably is unheard of. And the horn didn't work. I'm almost positive with that being a safety feature that they can't legally sell it in that condition. Then they even confirmed it and said you can't have the car today we have to fix the horn. This after I looked it up and told them that. Every time I've called to talk to someone I get voicemail and then no one ever calls me back. And to be honest we paid 2500 over fair market value for the vehicle. We were treated poorly and ripped off. I don't have a single good thing to say about this dealership and will never do business with them again. More
Amazing Otto I was in need of a car and was waiting on my tax refund. Otto called me and said come on in we are putting you in a car and he sure enough did.
