Tough customer to please Love Toyota products, but frankly the models with the features we wanted were all too pricey. Came into dealer's showroom 2 months prior to purchasin Love Toyota products, but frankly the models with the features we wanted were all too pricey. Came into dealer's showroom 2 months prior to purchasing a vehicle to see what the other makes had to offer. After much research, finally decided on a Hyundai Elantra as my wife's "winter car". The car has all the higher end features she wanted, but at a most reasonable cost. Our sales rep, Mike Butterfield, endured my constant haggling and questioning over every last dollar on the contract. I couldn't be more pleased with both his help and demeanor. When delivery day finally came, Mike introduced us to a gentleman named Dominic who took the time to explain every last detail of the vehicle and all of it's electronic features. While at the dealership, made an appointment with the service dept. to take care of the recall on our Mustang. Again, nothing but good to say. Summary is this: during my search for a new vehicle, I visited quite a few dealerships within a 100 mile radius, but finally chose Shults. More

I called Matt Kahm he put me in touch with Michael Butterfield the salesman, he was thorough. Then Corey in finance, it was all smooth and easy. Then I met Dominic who introduced me to my vehicle that was set up and how to work it. I might add it was raining and wind blowing so hard it didn't faze anyone. I was very pleased with my experience. No begging for floor mats, a full tank of gas, plus a first aid kit. I have already had some friends contact Shults for the needs that suited them best. The overall winner. After viewing and test driving several other Crossover SUVs, we found the HYUNDIA TUCSON ECO to be outstanding, in ride comfort and overall quality.
