No one called so I assumed that I could just drop in. When I arrived at ~4:15 pm, the service person (I believe it was Mario; but not certain) was helpful but said the wait would be 1 1/2 hours (which it was). The service person patched the tire, put it onto the vehicle, and placed the spare back in its proper place. I appreciate that he was thorough, tidy, & clean.
