I definitely recommend Bo! Overall experience is good! I knew exactly what I wanted before coming in and had conversation with manager before I made the trek from Delaware to Allentown. This is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars... Too much back and forth after an extremely long day/ drive to dealership. Bo was excellent with his customer service, knowledge and ability to read my exhaustion and tried to get the Deal done quickly. I would buy next car from Bo. One minor nuisance was the struggle in calling to dealership .. The number has you wait through a few prompts before connecting directly so when you're pressed for time, it can be annoying. More
