They will treat you like a person, not just another customer. They stay in touch and know you by name when you come in the door! The hospitality is awesome. I have had experience with the service department as well and the service is no different in that department. After you find the deal you were looking for it's a no pressure routine and you will enjoy the whole experience. Some of my favorite folks work there and it's not a new staff every time you walk thru the door. I believe the staff is as happy to be there as I am! The dealership is also beautiful and super clean. A fortunate place to break down. We were on the back half of a three week road trip returning from Nashville heading back to our home in California when we started having a problem wi We were on the back half of a three week road trip returning from Nashville heading back to our home in California when we started having a problem with the transmission overheating. The service consultant Greg Bilderback had the car ( Saturn Outlook) checked out and discovered it was NOT the transmission but a water pump.. Not only did he have the part in stock he was able to get us back on the road in less than three hours. Saving our road trip, allowing us to finish out our trip safely Greg was very positive and pleasant. He was the only person we had a chance to interact with at this dealership but if he is any measure of his co workers I would definitely refer this dealership. More
