There was no good cop bad cop to deal with. There was only the good cop who even signed all my financial paperwork with me and caught a couple very minor errors that were printed out and made sure everything was done correctly. I gave him a very tight time line and he was able to move along very quickly on my behalf. he was authentic; he cared about my wife and I and our needs. I am very happy with my new RAV4 hybrid - fun to drive, good road clearance, and all the safety features and in-town mileage I was looking for. Nick spent time with both my husband and with me, and once I determined that a new Camry wasn't really what I wanted, he suggested the RAV4.
