The pricing is very uncompetitive compared to the Boston area dealers and Nashua. In addition to pricing, the sales manager misrepresented the car, giving me inaccurate information in an effort to sell it as-is so he wouldn’t have to provide the missing accessory clearly listed on the window sticker. I have no idea how the owner of the dealership thinks he can run TV ads with himself sitting in a chair saying “We want your business, we won’t be undersold”. They tell you to bring in written quotes from other dealers and when you do, they say “We can’t do that”. They shouldn’t run those ads if they don’t intend to honor the claim? In an effort to shop local I even agreed to meet them in the middle and pay them a few thousand more than other dealers, but they backed out of that deal the next day. My salesperson Crispin was great, but management is the problem. I’m a long time local resident and business owner and I left upset and feeling burned. Bummer. UPDATE JANUARY 2018 - Responding to the Dealer: Yes, I was incorrect, and your ad does not say you will be price competitive. I was confused because your manager did ask to see my written quotes from others and simply said “We can’t do that”. So, one thing for sure is you are not price competitive. And, I have no idea who you are...because you choose to post anonymously. I never met you and you weren’t part of the negotiation. Your one-sided account you must have got from your sales manager is not accurate. And, I asked that you contact me (the customer) to discuss this, and you have not. More

Couldn't even get the time of day at Audi Stratham VW is buying back my 2013 Passat TDI so I was shopping for a replacement. Stopped into Audi Stratham on a Tuesday afternoon about 2:30 PM to check ou VW is buying back my 2013 Passat TDI so I was shopping for a replacement. Stopped into Audi Stratham on a Tuesday afternoon about 2:30 PM to check out a 2016/2017 Audi A4. I walked around the showroom floor for about 5 minutes then sat at an empty sales person's desk for another 5-10 minutes and nobody so much as acknowledged my existence (all of sales people must have been busy with other customers - although I didn't see any other customers in the showroom).... suffice it to say I walked out and won't be back. More

Even though I am young and drove in with a very basic car, they were very respectful and treated me as they would have anyone else. Robert was awesome to work with and made me feel comfortable the entire time and was happy to set up an appointment when I could bring my boyfriend back to take a look. He was then very responsive to my follow up questions through email (which was important to me since I was at work). Eric was very friendly and informative and made the financial part a breeze. What really impressed me though was how Robert stuck around after the purchase to help me set up my phone and program the car to my needs. He was so incredibly helpful and I'm so thankful he took the time out of his night (he stayed hours late to meet with us) to help me. I could not be happier with my car and I am so glad I went to Audi of Stratham! More
