Joe Myers Ford is proud to be a part of the community's family. We are an active participant in local events and support many local schools and sports associations. Every year we are involved in the Cy-Fair ISD FFA Livestock Show where we purchase numerous animals to help support the students' scholarships. We're also a supporting sponsor of the Meineke Car Care Texas Bowl, and even put on several of our own events, including the Cobra Club Mustang Show which has become a popular community festivity.

Worst customer service I've ever had at a car dealership I had paint peeling on my brand new P/U Truck and it literally took them months to figure out how they were going to deal with it, which I didn't agre I had paint peeling on my brand new P/U Truck and it literally took them months to figure out how they were going to deal with it, which I didn't agree with. During the process, I made several phone calls to the collision center, as well as a Service Manager, who didn't return phone calls. I wrote 2 e-mails to the GM, phoned the FORD customer complaint dept., and even wrote a letter (handwritten) to a VP in Dearborn Michigan....NOTHING. I finally gave up and took my truck to Ford Autonation who jumped through hoops to take care of me. I actually got a phone call every day from the guy who took my truck with a status, and it was ready within an hour of when they said it would be.... now THAT'S customer service. More

11.95 oil change I bought a brand new car here 3 years ago they offered me $11.95 oil change for as long as i own the car. The first two years everything went as plann I bought a brand new car here 3 years ago they offered me $11.95 oil change for as long as i own the car. The first two years everything went as planned the price was correct and I was able to use my reward points for my oil change then about a year ago things started going downhill they would not allow me to use my reward points for an oil change and the oil change was not $11.95 anymore it changed to $16 and some change with tax it increased by approximately $3 I know that is not a lot but when you live paycheck-to-paycheck and spend $8 in gas and 3 hours in time to drive there it is. I called the manager a few days ago after an oil change said he would get back with me and never did. I will no longer drive an hour and a half round trip and a hundred miles to get an oil change from this company they have deceived me one too many times and I'm done I will take my business elsewhere. More
