Only once did she not know the answer to a comparative question about the Honda vs another brand. But she looked up the answer and sent us the link to dig as deeply as we wished. She had no room to criticize the other brand, rather she stayed focused on teaching us her product. While there was no “closing booth pressure” she made it clear the purchase could be done in short order with transparency throughout the process. We make no quick purchases, so we have not yet made the purchase. But we remain very close thanks to Gaylen Cashman’s professional due diligence she shared with us today! Oh, she didn’t leave us unattended following our visit! She sent a cordial note via email stating she was willing and available for assisting us in any way!
