Service Team Comes Through I had my Range Rover Sport in for service and upon driving the vehicle home I noticed an issue with the rear brakes that had just been serviced. I contacted Dace Froment, the Service Manager, and I was pleased with his resolution to my concerns. I did not want to drive the vehicle because of the grinding coming from the rear brakes. Dave listened to my concerns, had the vehicle towed to the Dealership, diagnosed and corrected the issue with the rear brakes. He turned a frustrating issue into a great experience. More

Mr. Ron Walsh, the epitome of what you would expect from a Business Professional. Courteous with my time, aware of the ability to shop anywhere, attentive, happy, cheerful and with a friggin honest glimmer in his eye. xxxx I think he was as happy to show me my options as I was to look at them. After many hours in the rain, not one “sales pitch” he looks at me and says, do you love any of them..... I said almost.... he goes damnit, we have to keep looking then, because you need to love your next car my man....... Anyway..... yesterday I picked up my new Range Rover Velar and the entire dealership made me feel like I was important and that goes a long way..... thank you! More
