I live in Michigan, so how amazing it was for her to hold the car for me, until I could secure a flight down to Florida. Upon arriving in Florida, Michelle had a driver ready to pick me up from the airport and take me to the dealership. Before I arrived, Michelle happened to notice a flaw in the window tinting on the rear window of my new car, and so she had the window tinting repaired by the time I arrived there. Unfortunately, my fight was delayed and the plane landed three hours later than it was scheduled for, and so Michelle had to stay after hours to finish the deal. Michelle was so friendly and personable and she made the paperwork process such an easy task for me. She even sent me off with a full tank of gas. I will say it again, Michelle made the entire process, from start to finish, such a wonderful experience for me. Thank you, Michelle for making this happen for me. I love my new car. More

The dealership was recommended by a relative so I called to inquire about a program with the Disabled American Veterans. I was connected to Bill Milian. He did not hesitate in telling me that he would honor the program. I arrived an hour later and Bill placed us with a young salesman named Eli Lindo. Within 30 minutes my wife picked out a 2018 Echosport Titanium, test drove it and did the paperwork.. This dealership and it's employees were fantastic. As an retired Naval Officer who spends a considerable amount of time on the road I no longer have to worry about my wife breaking down while I am out of town. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. More
