My 2020 Ram 1500 purchase was in Feb. 2020. I entered into multiple discussions via internet, email, and phone conversations before I flew from Califoni-a Central Coast. I was picked up at the airport, driven to the dealership, completed my transaction, and drove it home the same day. Over a year later, I planned a trip to Southern Utah. I made an appointment for service. I was reminded the day before and the next day, I drove in for service. 25K mile service went well and I was out an hour later (with a washed truck). Off, thanks to Eric I went to Utah. It was a good day!! Just saying!!! More
I brought my jeep in on May 1st to have my headrest looked at. i was told by Andrew Marcu that the part was not in and i would be contacted in one month. June 1st i didn't hear anything so i called. looked at. i was told by Andrew Marcu that the part was not in and i would be contacted in one month. June 1st i didn't hear anything so i called. was told that no one in the parts dept was available and that someone would call me back. I called again on June 7th and was told the same thing. Called again June 14th, the parts dept told me that couldn't find my information in the system. i was then transferred to the service dept.... as usual was told that would look into it and someone would call me back. needless to say i am still waiting. this has been the worst customer service i have ever experienced; every claims to not know anything or whats going on and as such you will find yourself going round and round in circles. this is absolutely horrible. I will be taking my business elsewhere for sure More

All was going well with sales person. When we went inside to talk numbers, sales manager added $5000 to the price. This was not on the sticker or addendum. Sales manager says it was a mistake. He also claimed that all dealers are adding on and when I told him 2 different dealerships he insisted they are in spite of my first hand knowledge. (they had no inventory for the short term or I would have went to either of those stores.) Some are, but not all. Also they had an 'out the door' price I was expected to honor, but when going back to documents there were several thousand dollars in additional fees. Not a lot of integrity in car dealerships and Prestige is no exception. More
