Routine service took over 5 hours. We were told it should not be more than 3 maybe 4 hours but it took over 5. After buying our new car last fall, we had to have it worked on for an air leak in the door. It got better, but we asked them to look at it when we came in for our first oil change. An hour in to the app worked on for an air leak in the door. It got better, but we asked them to look at it when we came in for our first oil change. An hour in to the appointment we were told the technician was going for lunch and we’d have to wait. Really? After 6.5 hours, the oil was changed but the leak was not! We have to return for a third try at fixing it. We keep hearing about Mercedes Benz standards-is this what they mean? More
