Had a great experience working with Zach P and taking a test ride. Did not end up leaving with a bike as I couldn’t find the right one for me that day. The only complaint I have is the lack of freedom the test ride. Did not end up leaving with a bike as I couldn’t find the right one for me that day. The only complaint I have is the lack of freedom the fit specialist has to just give a bottom line price to the customer. I purchased a bike at this location under different management and I worked with one person all the way until financing rather than having another sales rep tossed into the mix to get prices which made for a much easier purchase process. I was basically pushed into purchasing the bike I ended up with. Their tactics is pretty much forcing a sale on a person. They refuse to show prices and even with a trade in I realized after the fact I end up with. Their tactics is pretty much forcing a sale on a person. They refuse to show prices and even with a trade in I realized after the fact I ended up paying more than the bike is actually worth. I let them talk me into buying the bike and that was my fault. But they are extremely deceitful. They delivered the bike with an empty tank, even though I was promised a full tank (I'm supposedly a VIP customer) tank empty, bike was not actually clean from sitting in stock. I brought the bike down to get gas and was told sorry they had none. Worse business practice all around. Never again will I purchase from this location!! More
This place is terrible! All they care about is the sale…once they have your $$ they could care less. I bought a new road glide ST over two weeks ago and they were so nice All they care about is the sale…once they have your $$ they could care less. I bought a new road glide ST over two weeks ago and they were so nice and everyone was so helpful that day. I signed the papers and now have been waiting for delivery for over 2 weeks. No one calls back, parts and service can’t give me a date when they can get the bike with the parts (bars, seat, floorboards etc.) delivered. It has been sitting on the showroom floor. I would not buy any bike from this dealer, it should have been a red flag that everyone in the place was “new”. It seems like dozens of people work there and upper management is non-existent. If looking for a Harley go anywhere but here. BTW This is the first review I have ever written, I feel compelled to let everyone know so they don’t have the same experience. When/if I ever pick up the bike I will not have it serviced here! More
Bike runs well but in very rough shape, I can tell no one really look it it, when I took the seat off it look like it had never been removed before. The tank rear fender and both saddlebags have chipped pain really look it it, when I took the seat off it look like it had never been removed before. The tank rear fender and both saddlebags have chipped paint. they told me they detailed it but I can see the just hosed it off. I hope they did a better job mechanically then they did cosmetically. I like the bike and will fix it up, but if you are going to buy a use Harley from them make sure you check it out before you take it. More
This is how they treated us: I called about 2015 Street Glide Special listed for sale at Manchester Harley-Davidson in New Hampshire. I spoke to an "Internet Fit Specialist" about the bike. He assur Street Glide Special listed for sale at Manchester Harley-Davidson in New Hampshire. I spoke to an "Internet Fit Specialist" about the bike. He assured me that if I came in they'd "take care" of me, and would make me happy. I live 292 miles away from their dealership, which I mentioned. I wanted to put down a deposit but he said they don't take deposits. I said I'm not going to drive all that way without doing due diligence and nailing down the details as much as possible, and again he assured me, I wouldn't leave dissatisfied. I noted the address on the listing was for a different location than they where they were located. They said No, that's a mistake, it's at Manchester HD in New Hampshire. "OK, are you sure? I mean, this is a LONG drive, I don't want to go to the wrong place." Yes, he said, it's at Manchester, NH. We drove 5-1/2 hours to get there, and there salesperson I'd been talking to doesn't even work there. No one there knew about the bike I wanted to see, and guess what? IT WASN'T THERE! It was at their other location! So that's 70 miles I wasted. At least I'm headed back towards home. I say "Please call the other location, tell them we're on the way, and that we've come all this way to see that bike." They smile and nod Yes, they will do that. No one did though. We get to the other location, they don't know who we are, they know nothing about the bike. They apologize for the way we've been treated, and say let's find your bike. They found it. It had a big SOLD tag on it. It was sold 3 months ago!! It was a 12-1/2 hour day, 600 miles driven, over $100 in gas and tolls, and a wasted vacation day. So do you think they cared? 2 days later I had someone else call them about the same bike, saying they were from Michigan and they were going to drive there with their trailer. Manchester says: COME ON DOWN! There are no prices on the bikes. Heck not even tags showing the model, options, nothing. They won't give you the actual price on the phone, it's always a range between x and y. You can place a deposit. You don't know the person you're speaking to only cares about getting you in the door. So no, they didn't "take care" of me. These kinds of tactics might work on others, but I will never patronize any of the dealerships in this group. BUYER BEWARE. More
