I made an appointment to get my Air Conditioner checked because it was blowing hot air and to get an oil change and tire rotation. My service person called and let me know what was going on with my car an because it was blowing hot air and to get an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation. An hour and a half later people who came in after me were leaving so I checked on my car. The service writer said he "FORGOT TO PUSH THE TI rotation. An hour and a half later people who came in after me were leaving so I checked on my car. The service writer said he "FORGOT TO PUSH THE TICKET THROUGH" so he said it would be free. I'm no mechanic but I think it takes linger than 20 minutes to do an oil change and tire rotation. He said he would have to email my receipt. I have called EVERY DAY and still, no receipt. It just seems fishy as if they did not do the service at all, as I suspect, when no one will send me proof. I will go up there if I have too. More
