The sales person and finance person did a good job, however the dealership doc fees are twice the state average and approximately 3 times the national average. They do not operate as a buissiness that wants to provide fair pricing up front because by the end with all the fees the out the door price will be thousands over the cars asking price. It took days to come to a reasonably fair deal. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone because I believe their policies are meant to take advantage of people who do not know better. Doc fees are excessive, the salesman was great however because of the fees I will likely never buy another car or recommend anyone to attempt to walk on any lot with your name attached. We came to a deal on a used car that was ok not necisarily fair, but close enough, but it took several days. I have purchased 9 cars in the last 8 years, and unfortunately the impression I got was that the dealership was more interested in taking advantage of the buyer than working a fair deal in an honest fashion. Integrity matters, honesty and fair bargening matters, a person spending thousands of dollars should walk away feeling as though everyone's best interest is protected, I did not get that impression what so ever, I walked away feeling as though the dealership cares more about themselves than generating repeat customers. In my opinion that is a poor buissiness model. I feel bad for anyone who walks in this place and doesn't have the experience to negotiate a fair deal, because they will be taken advantage of.
