Great experience and outstanding customer service I went into this dealership not quite sure of what I was getting myself into just trying to find the best deal. Instead I found a salesman by the nam I went into this dealership not quite sure of what I was getting myself into just trying to find the best deal. Instead I found a salesman by the name of Paul Kello who really took the bull by the horns. He told me immediately when I came in what he would be able to do for me and by the time we were finished guess what? He actually did what he said! He empathized with me, understood my needs, and did a fantastic job in working hard to get me into the exact car with the exact features that I wanted/needed. I am not someone who puts alot of faith into people but you can rest assured that there are good ones out there who know how to work hard and balance making the money they need to survive and also truly try to help people they are doing business with and not just push their agenda. Other than the exceptional salesmanship the dealer reached out to me instantly asking me if there was anything else they could do for me and if I was happy with everything which I really valued the fact they understood how important details like that are.
