This is my second Hyundai Sonata I purchased at #1 Cochran. The reason I returned? Bruce Turner. In April of 2011, I was ready to begin the process as my son was graduating from high school, and my husband and I wanted to get him a car. We decided that instead of buying him a used car that we knew nothing about, why not give him my 2007 Sonata which never gave me one day of worry, and I'd get a new 2012 Sonata. I went back up to #1 Cochran, and as I was going into the showroom, Bruce was stepping out, and he remembered me. I was very impressed and told Bruce I wanted him to sell me my next car, and he did. I'm a skeptc by nature, and generally don't believe much of anything a salesperson tells me, but I trust Bruce. More

My first Hyundai was an excellent car, 2 door hatchback Accent, fantastic gas mileage, good looking car, no mechanical problems at all. The only time I had the car into the dealership was for regular maintainence. The only reason I traded it in was because I needed a bigger car for my family. Tracy is such a personable and caring person, and really goes the extra mile! The rest of the staff is also freindly and helpful as well. I was so glad to work with Tracy again for this purchase. Before coming in today I had looked on Monroeville Cochran's website for pricing, vehicle information, and inventory so I had a good understanding of what I was looking for and what kind of pricing and payment I would probably be looking at. The car I chose, a 2012 Accent sedan, is not only a sharp looking car, but is a smooth ride and very comfortable. Excellent experience. More
