My wife and I recently had to purchase a car due to being in a car accident a couple of weeks ago. When we entered the dealership, we were not pounced upon like the common experinece many have at car dealerships. We were given some time to look around the lot and when we were ready to discuss things further, there was a sales rep ready to assist. The individual we had the privelage of working with was Sam Chiodo. At no point in our conversations with Sam did my wife nor I feel pressured, mislead, or like we were being sold something that wasn't within our scope of interest. Sam took the time to understand what we were looking for, our price range, and timetable for buying. Sam never once tried to pressure us into a car, payment, or timetable that was outside what we had established during our initial conversations with him. When my wife and I left the dealership that night, we both felt that Sam was the best car sales rep that we had worked with. We ended up purchasing a Kia Forte and are really happy with the vehicle. Two days after purchasing the Forte, we went back to the dealership to see if it would be reasonable to rid ourselves of our 2008 Jeep Liberty which we have never been happy with. Once again, Sam was able to quickly understand what we were looking for and was again, great to work with. We ended up leaving the dealership that night with a Kia Sorrento and are also very happy with the vehicle. We interacted with many other individuals within the dealership and our interactions were all very similar to what we experienced with Sam. Everyone was extremely helpful and always very pleasant. The atmosphere at the dealership was much different than anything we had experienced in the past. If you are interested in purchasing a Kia and are anywhere close to Kia of Robinson, I would strongly recommending making a visit to the dealership prior to making a purchase anywhere else. If you work with Sam, you will definitely enjoy your car buying experience. More
