As I was not in town, I had to negotiate a deal for a Nissan Rogue from email. I've had shady dealings in the past on purchases, so I am extremely knowledgeable and prepared before I start. Let me say that Chris took me seriously, he responded quickly and he was in the final two in making a deal. Let me say - the deal was very, very good! The decision was hard to make, trust me. Ralph Nelson made my new car buying experience stress free! I have not had a new car in well over 15years. I talked to him over the phone and there was no pressure to come to the dealership to talk face free! I have not had a new car in well over 15years. He was prepared to give the the car type, colors (you know women like certain color combinations) and prices in my price range! No back and forth haggeling, no sitting there for hours. I had all the information I needed and made a selection of colors and car options over the phone....and when I went into the showroom, he was ready for me. He made this decision, which was very stressful, easy and I felt so comfortable going into this purchase. This is my1st Nissan ever and the whole experience starting form the internet to delivery was a great experience. I highly reccommend Ralph Nelson as your personal salesmen for your next car purchase. The staff at PGH East wore smiles! The unlimited popcorn and cookies were great! Ralph took his time to show me how to operate every option available on my new car. Ralph even took off the stickers that I didn't want on the car. He himself gave the car a once over and removed any lasting spots left from the detailing shop! He called me a couple of days after to see if I had any questions or concerns....wow how thoughtful! I feel comfortable going back to Pgh East for all car care needs......... and for my next car purchase......... of course I'll call Ralph :). More
