We spent four hours just traveling to get there, and then they kept us waiting in the office for five hours. This was despite the fact that we had paid for the truck in full, without financing. After getting my Camry from #1 Cochran Toyota in November of 25 we went back and worked with a salesman named Caleb to find a 2026 redesigned RAV4. Really great salesman. Knowledgeable and friendly. He worked with the dealership to find an allotment for the exact one my wife wanted. It took a few months but we picked it up March 4th, 2026. We look forward to buying all our future Toyota’s and having the maintenance done there also as the service department is as good as the sales department. Even finance fixed a price typo that I spotted without hesitation. If you want a Toyota this is the place you get one in the Pittsburgh area. Thanks to all for the positive experience. More
