The game playing, negotiating, lack of knowledge of the cars and inexperienced sales staff is concerning. They treated me like it was the first car I have ever bought. Had to work with 6 different people and it amounted to a circus of a purchase. First Honda needs to realize the old way of doing business has changed. Treat customers well and you don't have to do a whole lot of selling. The tools out there these days has prepared buyers a lot more than in the past. Everyone has different circumstances when they walk through the door. I felt all they were concerned about was selling, selling, selling. I am still not sure they cared if I was content or if they were just concerned about pleasing themselves. Disappointing for a dealer I respected in the past in a small town where word of mouth is huge. Oh well .... guess I need to venture out to others in the future and see if the experience will be better. More

My experience with this dealership was excellent. I had already done some research on the internet so I had narrowed down what kind of vehicles I wanted to test drive and compare. I was only going to test drive them and think about it for awhile and had the intention of probably not buying for 3-6 months from now. Ron Giannoni, the salesperson, took the time to do a comparison of the other 2 vehicles I told him I had already test drove that day. He was very knowledgeable. He told me about the low interest incentive, and worked very hard to get me the best deal. I have only had the Honda CRV for one day and couldn't be more pleased with it and having done business with First Honda. The whole sale process was excellent and I would definetly highly recommend First Honda to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
This dealership was absolutely terrible to work with. They would not negotiate at all on the price of the car in question. They were also not very friendly there. They wanted to charge me for something on the car that I did not want and would not negotiate at all. I wanted to keep my business in Simi, but after having that dealership leave such a bad impression, I ultimately decided on going outside of Simi. I went to the Thousand Oak's dealership and left that same day with a new car. They treated me right there and said that they get a lot of business from Simi due to how bad this dealership is. I would not recommend going to this dealership at all. More

Being a longtime Honda owner and a member of several Honda owners clubs, I am no push-over when it comes to taking care of my Honda vehicles. I've been going to First Honda for service for over 10 years Honda owners clubs, I am no push-over when it comes to taking care of my Honda vehicles. I've been going to First Honda for service for over 10 years. Like anything else in life, nothing's absolutely perfect. And to be perfectly honest, I've had hits and misses with First Honda's service department - that is until Gregg Levy came on the scene. Again, nothing's perfect, but Gregg and his team will do their best to make it perfect. By default, Honda's are about as good as you can get. Year ago, I took a change and got an Audi A4. And with that car, I really got to know the Audi service department really well as I seemed to be in there every couple of weeks. With my Honda, I'm usually just there for routine maintenance. From the time I enter the service department, I feel like I'm entering the bar in the TV show "Cheers". All that's needed is Norm sitting across from me at the counter. Friendly without being pretentious. Everything's explained to me up front, as much as possible, and if more information is needed, the technician (usually Randy) comes up to provide it. Quality of work is top-notch, they pay attention to detail and don't leave things to chance. Price? Of course, I could go to some mom n' pop shop for 10 bucks less, but here's the thing: you get what you pay for. It's a personal choice for me to get the best possible service for my vehicles because, guess what? It's my family's safety that's at stake - isn't that worth a few more bucks? More power to the crew at First Honda service! More
