That was too easy! I’ll start by saying I’ve been to over 10 dealerships in my (extended) search for a new car over the last year or so. Right away I felt a good vibe fr I’ll start by saying I’ve been to over 10 dealerships in my (extended) search for a new car over the last year or so. Right away I felt a good vibe from First Honda and Gabriel N. who greeted us. As per usual, we casually walked through all the models that would be of interest to me and during this time, felt like Gabe was genuinely understanding of where I was at in my search/what I could manage financially/etc etc. We came across the HR-V’s and my heart was just set. I felt a sure-ness about it that I hadn’t felt about a car before and it was for a mix of different reasons. I didn’t feel any pressure to love it was the main one. We took her for a test drive which was a little different than the others I had taken. Much more relaxed...we cruised around, parked it a couple different ways, tested out the speakers, adjusted cool features that were foreign to me, just lots of “getting to know” the car things that really solidified my excitement. If anything, he was sharing in my excitement for ME and not getting stoked on possibly making a deal. A huge win. THEN the part I always fear most - talking financial. Numbers, paperwork, oyyyy. You don’t want to waste their time, you know you need to buy but is now the time, blah blah blah. A part I dread! BUT- and I’m not sure if I blacked out or what - but without any pain and very few moments of ‘omg is this really happening’ panic, all the papers were signed and I am now a first time new car owner!? (Or, leaser rather) I feel soooo confident about it and will absolutely send my friends over for a positive looking/buying experience. The whole team at First Honda were all VERY friendly and relaxed and that’s really what sealed the deal. Thanks to Gabriel for really just being a normal human trying to help another normal human out and getting me the car of my dreams (for 36 months at least). :D More

I just wanna say a short shout out to my salesman Chase who handled me with care and professionalism when we brought one on to the scene it just got better from there on in they worked with K me to get me to a reasonable payment and price that I was comfortable and happy with extremely happy with the way they interacted with me in my friend that I brought along over all it was an amazing experience I can't Anna about how much I love Honda And Chase was very very good at his job he walked me through the lat. To find the perfect car for me he listen to me and he came through I am definitely hundred percent satisfied with my experience..And would Recomend all who are looking a new Honda to Go in and Ask for chase and Juan to help you.
