DISHONESTY RUNS RAMPANT THRU THE SERVICE CENTER THEY PULLED A SCAM OFF INVOLVING A CAR I BOUGHT AND I KNEW THEY WERE NOT BEING HONEST BECAUSE THEY USED A PRIOR OWNERS WARRANTY COVERAGE TO GET THE REPLA PULLED A SCAM OFF INVOLVING A CAR I BOUGHT AND I KNEW THEY WERE NOT BEING HONEST BECAUSE THEY USED A PRIOR OWNERS WARRANTY COVERAGE TO GET THE REPLACEMENT PART COVERED AND CHARGED NEW OWNER FULL COST TO REPLACE A REPAIR NISSIAN WAS DOING FREE.FACTS ARE IN BLACK AND WHITE THEY PRINTED OUT THE WARRANTEE DOCUMENT RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME IT WAS UNDER OLD OWNER AND THEY HAD NOT PUT MY NAME IN SYSTEM AS HAVINGCHAGED OWNERSHIP THIS MADE REPAIR NO COST TO THEM AND GAVE THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO CHARGE FULL COST TO NEW OWNER IT IS A SCAM AND THEY HAVE PROBABLY DONE IT OTHER TIMES TO OTHER UNLUCKILY CUSTOMERS More

There was no wait, and Service rep, William Fortner, was extremely efficient, helpful and pleasant. An update was done on my transmission and hopefully that will fix the problem. Incompetence and total lack of care This dealership showed total incompetence and lack of care in fixing my car. Robert claimed I was under warranty for an issue and that they fixed it. This dealership showed total incompetence and lack of care in fixing my car. Robert claimed I was under warranty for an issue and that they fixed it. I waited 7 hours. They did not fix the problem and are now changing their story about the warranty and the problem, plus now they want to charge me their inflated prices. Greg, the service manager, was abrasive from the get-go on the phone. When I asked him how he plans to resolve this told me I was rude and hung up on me. Nisan Consumer Affairs is just as useless. They just want me to go away. Beware. Wish I'd gone elsewhere. More

I had a great experience! Robert Martel assisted me and it was a pleasure working with him the entire time because I didn't feel the need to worry. I didn’t feel swindled at any point, which is big deal fo it was a pleasure working with him the entire time because I didn't feel the need to worry. I didn’t feel swindled at any point, which is big deal for me. He mentioned a tire special because I needed new tires, but he didn’t try to up-sell me arbitrarily. As a woman, I’ve experienced numerous arbitrary up-sells over the years due to the service tech simply assuming that I know nothing about my vehicle. Robert didn’t make that disrespectful assumption. He's kind and genuine, very transparent about the repairs, and just an overall personable man. My car is running like new. The engine is softly purring again and the transmission performance is flawless. I only had to wait a few days for a major job to be completed and my dusty tires got a good shine out of it too. 5 stars to Robert & his team! More
