I read some of the less than 3 star reviews for this dealership on Yelp and I was surprised to say the least. I just purchased my 1st Bavarian beauty at their dealership yesterday I spent more than 3 weeks researching (I'm a professional market researcher by the way) and had visited their lot 4 times. I'll admit Sales Guy was a bit rough around the edges to negotiate with at first but once we established what would work for us both (and after encountering several other awful dealerships & their less than professional sales staff) - I realized that he simply means business and only GOOD business. This dealership and their team are honest, they care about providing customers with transparency (and great service) and their luxury cars are in stellar condition. Manager was nothing short of exceptional - never pushy (even after 4 visits from me), polite, considerate and he carefully followed through with my questions/concerns. The finance guru/partner and was very accommodating with my tedious purchasing needs (i'm not someone who forks out large sums of $$$ without being 100% prepared). at the end - they also sent me home with a fresh, high quality cigar. More

Coming the dealership I had my reservations because it was a drive for me. I was coming with my daughters from a far way in Florida. To our arrival not only was the car that we put a deposit on prepped and available but everything from the service of the salespeople and reception amazing put the finance department delivered on everything! Definitely worth the travel! 21st is amazing and in coming back! Usually dork so these reviews but I felt compelled because the negative reviews written were NOT helpful. More

My appointment was taken right on time and when I met with Greg, he didn't hesitate to begin the process of showing me my choices in his inventory. The dealership has a lot of cars, their inventory is selective with the best and as I walked around and looked at the stats of the vehicles and the prices, I was very surprised- the prices were the most accommodating of any dealership I had seen previously. I test drove a total of 3 cars (call me Mr. Indecisive) and every car that I test drove was smooth, very well kept up with and overall flawless. The car that I chose, a BMW M6 2010 in Grey, a true beauty with speed, it was perfect. The tires were brand spankin new and the interior was well taken care of. Greg was able to find the matching floor mats which werent in the car when I test drove it and that was really great to have. I was nervous about my credit but the finance team met with me and was able to work everything out in only a few hrs. My purchase overall worked out fantastically and this is why I recommend this place and will continue to do so. Before you purchase anywhere else, check out this dealership and you WONT regret it! My car was ready, the price was very reasonable and Andrey kept me in the loop the whole way along. He worked really hard to make sure I was happy from the first minute to even a few weeks after I left the dealership! I purchased the E550 coupe, The interior is very well built and high quality. The seats are made for driving and are quite comfortable. Kamy my sales associate was very helpful in answering all my questions and making sure the vehicle fit my needs. I mostly liked the fact that they didn't haggle with me on my trade in value. They asked me what i was looking for my trade and they gave it to me. The overall shopping experience at 21st Century Auto Group was easy and very pleasant. More

Purchased Used BMW which they stated had just had new brakes put on. When I took it to get inspected and registered it would not pass inspection - brakes at less that 10% and dangerous to drive! Took back to dealer - they replaced brake pads but not roters - took back and again would not pass inspection. Taking legal action under Lemon Law - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, they will not stand behind limited warranty and gave me complete run around multiple times. More

Same as all the other used scam dealerships. Test drove two cars. First was filthy and at least drove well (2005 Mercedes Benz) Second wouldn't start. After a jump start we drove approx. 1/2 mile before salesperson suggested we return since the car was shaking and a strong burning smell was prevalent (2010 BMW328i) Sat in several other late model cars and couldn't believe how filthy they were. Was willing to purchase the ME/BE and had a trade in worth $15,000. I was looking for $14,000. First offer was $9,000 even though NADA (which dealers price their cars from) has the car as the lowest possible price(in poor condition) as $12,000. My car was far from poor. When i wouldn't budge the manager states "The internet price that you were quoted was if you finance and then offer me $11,500 for my trade. When i wouldn't budge they had their mechanic, then his father, then his grandfather try and find problems with my car. Left pissed and traded my car for a new Ford Fusion without any negotiation. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU ARE ONE OF THOSE CELEBRITIES THAT THEY BOAST ABOUT. More
