Shopping for a used car is time consuming. Going in and out of dealerships and haggling price is what everyone encounters. I used cars.com for shopping for my next vehicle. Most name brand dealers are very high in price compared to non franchise dealers. I made a stop at 21st Century Auto Group and it was my final stop just as female who answered the phone said. I meet with a sales person by the name of Patel and he was great. Although I was on the market for a 5 series we settled on an amazing deal for a 7 series(t14336), which I thought I could not afford but he made sense of the overall purchase. The only flaw with the vehicle was 2 of the front tires but I set up my appointment for today and I was out before lunch. I highly recommend this dealership. I got a great payment on this vehicle but I felt bad because we took up most of the his day. But I also purchased a vehicle for my daughter, which was a 3-series(119858), she wanted their C-Class but we made out better with the BMW and she loves it. That being said, if you are on the market for a luxury vehicle for a great price, no less haggling with the price and great service, give 21st Century Auto Group the first shot and it may be your last stop. I'm a current college student and I wanted to get into a nice two door BMW as an early gift to myself for Christmas. While shopping on cars.com I found 21st Century Auto Group and went over their inventory. They have an amazing collection of vehicle and at amazing prices. I set up my appointment with the a young lady (same name as mine, btw THANKS STEF!!!). She does not sell cars and I sat with a very nice sales person by the name of Patel. He showed me some cars and I told him my dilemma, I have very little to put down and have a very high debt because of school loans but make a good amount of money. He assured me that he will work to the best he can to get me into a car. The car that I made an appointment for had a deposit pending but I found the same car but in silver, which stood out from the black. I really like the silver opposed to the black. Within 30 minutes, he got me approved, Yayy!!! From that point everything was smooth. Although the vehicle did not have navigation, he saved me a lot of money, which is very important for this time of the year. I purchased a BMW stock #119858. My girlfriend's brother-in-law works at a Honda dealership. Unfortunately, they do not carry the selection of used luxury vehicles like this place does. When I came to this dealership I was amazed by quality of service and super huge indoor inventory of high line automobiles.
