Wow what a selection of cars ! This dealership by far had the best selection and the best prices compared to Ray Catena and Prestige !! I was shocked at their selection of Range Rovers, they had rare colors the best selection and the best prices compared to Ray Catena and Prestige !! I heard about 21st century auto group from a close friend of mine who spoke very highly about this place. I purchased a 2008 Mercedes-Benz which was in prestine condition inside and out. After reading the reviews from many websites about this dealership, I was very sketchy about visiting but because of the amazing deals and prices I had to check it out for myself. I was greeted by Aaron which I then told him about the reviews, I was straight forward and told him to show me the vehicle immediately so we will not waste any time. Unfortunately the vehicle I wanted had a temporary tag and a new owner with a big smile. I was very surprised that the bad reviews were wrong and if I listened to the reviews I would not have my new vehicle. I was told that the inventory is usually accurate in this case it was. He showed me a vehicle similar to the E-Class that I originally wanted. Overall, the service was great, I got a better car and a better deal. Thank You 21st Century. More

Saw a car they were advertising on autotrader, so I called to see if the car was available – they said yes. Got there THE SAME DAY, and a sales rep told me it was sold a few days ago. He then tried to called to see if the car was available – they said yes. Got there THE SAME DAY, and a sales rep told me it was sold a few days ago. He then tried to sell me a similar car for $8000 more. I’m convinced they post cheap cars online to get the customer in their shop and then try to sell them something more expensive. The woman on the phone was rude, the 2 sales reps I spoke to were nice at first, but when they saw that I was not willing to spend more than they expected, their attitude quickly changes. I do not recommend this dealership. They are a bunch of snobs!!! More

really impressed with your dealership. came in to purchase a bmw. drove an hr+half to find out that they didn't have it. i was extremely pissed off and left. a wk later i got a call from your manager purchase a bmw. drove an hr+half to find out that they didn't have it. i was extremely pissed off and left. a wk later i got a call from your manager tom, telling me that you got the exact same car, similar mileage to the one i wanted and same price too. so because he went out of his way to call me to let me know this, i decided to give you another chance despite my disappointment my 1st visit. went in and absolutely loved the car. it was clean, low mileage, clean carfax report and everything. it drove even better! the numbers worked out, paperwork was no hassle and i drove away in my new car the very same day! i've had my vehicle for a few weeks now and still am very happy. i'm so glad that you found the car i wanted and called me even though you knew how pissed i was. if you ask me, thats going above and beyond for a used car dealership. ive never heard of a used dealer that follows up like that. was definitely impressed! thanks and i will keep your dealership in mind when i need another vehicle in the future!!
