(have this on text) got there and right away salesman starts talking about a different car that was $6000 more. i again asked about the 1st car and he said it was in shop having work done. i confronted him and told him the car fax on there website says no accidents or issues, yet on car gurus site the car fax says it had an accident. how are two car faxes different ? he then told me the car was in an accidents and has about $10,000 in repairs needed. they did not disclose this when i made an apointment or on there website,they just wanted to get me in the door and sell me a more exspensive car. bait and switch just like the 190 bait and switch complaints on the internet. this will be goint to the bbb as well as the attorney general. stay away from this place!!!!! Drove 2 and a half hours, they bait and switch the vehicle I came in to purchased. I also, called and spoke to James to see if they still had car for sale. I wasn’t even going to write anything but now I feel like I’m being played.. the motor blew in this trackhawk not even a full two weeks after driving off with it. It was @ my local dealer within 2 days of ha I’m being played.. the motor blew in this trackhawk not even a full two weeks after driving off with it. It was @ my local dealer within 2 days of having it.. Ruges jeep diagnosed it as driver rear hub/bearing and bad supercharger. Then I went in hospital for just over a week and truck starts misfiring. Bring back to dealer and they take apart there’s a hole in the piston. Jeep won’t warranty because for the modified parts on truck and the computer was tuned Smfh!!!! And now the vin number is flagged so I couldn’t even put an extended warranty on it the warranty that was left is now void as well. I get back in touch with dealer and now they act like it’s my fault and say you should’ve brought back to us. The funny thing is I told them where i was bringing it and they was cool with it actually encouraged it so they wouldn’t have to foot bill. I didn’t care I just wanted it fixed. So now I just wasted my day Saturday driving back to Jersey for a sit down.. wait till you read this.. they did tell me to look around for another vehicle. I found a ram trx I liked. There is 88+ invested in this trackhawk. Sticker price is 90k for Trx so why this owner say he wanted anywhere around 15-20k on top of giving the trackhawk back? Oh because he wants to fix trackhawk on my dime!!! Plus wants me to pay the ruges bill and the tow to get the trackhawk back to them.. I didn’t wanna get anyone involved but time is ticking and definitely made a claim with njcustomer affairs!!! Not saying all cars are bad there but choose wisely get car/truck checked out before purchasing. Learn from me!! Been nothing but xx from start with these people! I guess one good thing is they always answer maybe it’s because they trying to get more money out of us. Oh 1 last thing I was looking at Trx trucks today guess what I found? The Trx I looked at while I was there… Priced online for $83,995.. What was the price they wanted to sell to me for? 90,000 with $15-25k on top of the blown up Trackhawk That was driven for under 2 weeks and also still in my 60days!!! At this post 21 Century if your reading this I just want the money back!!! I’m finding level 3 Trx’s with lower miles less b.s in my town high 70s low 80s please just take your truck and give all money back just want to be done with this how much of my time you gon waste? 🤔 Make good on your word. Believe me if I didn’t go thru all this xx and if we would’ve came to a reasonable agreement I definitely wouldn’t be doing all this. Tell me I’m lying about any of this. I will post more Receipts!!!
