This dealer uses bait and switch tactics. Tim never showed me the car I came to see and stated I can only buy in cash. While discussing my trade in, Tim and the owner were adamant on using a portion of my trades value as a tax credit towards sales tax when registering, which was far more than the actual sales tax. This dealer is the most crooked dealer I've ever experienced. Most employees as well as the owner are disrespectful and talk down at you. They talk trash in their native language right in front of you. Before heading to finance, Tim had me leave a positive review. So here I am updating it. After purchasing the car, the finance lady refused to give copies of bill of sale and contract. I've called numerous times to get copies. This dealer is broke. I wanted over 2 weeks for them to pay off my trade in, which resulted in having to send a new pay off quote and me paying another month on the note so I don't have a missed payment on record. Do yourself a favor and avoid 21 Century Auto Group. More

This dealership employs every single low-grade and illegal sales practice out there. It is a total bait-and- switch shop. "It's a grey market car," "it has issues," "the check engine light is on," "it must have been in an accident," were just some of the different excuses for why the car was suddenly not available. Then the salesperson said that I should have known that there was was problem with the car. Then he proceeded to show me cars listed at $10,000. I tried negotiating for those cars. But the salesperson kept raising the price -- not coming down. He said that the list price he showed me -- and told me was the list price -- was actually their cost on the car. "We have to make a profit," he said. When he mentioned discounts for veterans, he added the veteran discount, instead of subtracting it, and started to say things that made non sense. I have so much more to say about this awful experience. Instead, I'll say this: do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. More
