Never Again! I visited the dealer a day prior to purchase to view the vehicle was told the price on cars.com was what it was selling for yet when I return I was told that price was if I qualified for 3 discounts applied, never mentioned the day prior, I noted this while still tryed to come to an agreement with my sales person yet the fact that they were becoming impatient was clear. Making sure documemts faxed over were recieved was a hassle I had to ask multiple time and later was told it was not recieved a week later, similar to the hassle I endored when trying to get information on my warranty it was evident they had no idea what coverage the car had. A day after purchase I noticed the passenger side mirror is broken and if lifted comes apart. Also, prior to driving off with the vehicle they filled the tires with air a week after this my tire pressure light comes on and I noticed a shake when braking turns out there is a bent rim and nail in my tire, I informed my sales person now for the third time and got false hope on repairs for over a month now. More

The worst experience from a dealership in my life My husband and I went to this dealership expecting to pay the advertised price for a used vehicle as advertised but instead were met with conditions My husband and I went to this dealership expecting to pay the advertised price for a used vehicle as advertised but instead were met with conditions related to asterisks and fine print. That advertised price was actually only if you were going to finance it and they could make money on the interest charges. Keep in mind that before going to this dealership we called to make sure there were not going to be any hidden fees and they said no. When we explain to them that we had called they explain to us that there staff wasn't trained to answer that question correctly. Then the sales man unsuccessfully tried to explain to us why we were not eligible for the price because we were not veterans, recent college grad or currently serving in the military, which each rebate was $800 so that raised the price of the car another $2400 on top of finance charges. So after the sales manager came out to explain all of this again because it was so shocking that they were trying to pull this stunt, we simply told them that we would be willing to pay the advertised price in cash. After negotiating for what felt like a lifetime, they agreed to our price after all, and those rebates really didn't mean anything which is further proof that they were not being truthful. We encountered a noise during the test drive when the car stopped short so they agreed to fix it in writing within a week. It took us 2 months of calling, waiting for their response, waiting for returned calls from the sales manager, waiting for approval all over again and then they tried to turn it around and say that they hadn't agree to fix it and would have to get approval from owner. When they finally did agree to fix it we called them numerous times to schedule the appointment but the service manager never called us back. It was a total of 3 months that we tried to get the car fixed with them as per our agreement and we had to pay a mechanic to fix it because it was a safety hazard. Furthermore, when we brought the car to be fixed we found many issues wrong with the car that could have been found out if they had taken the time to inspect the car themselves. So then we ultimately had to fix the car ourselves and it was very expensive. The lies and manipulationthat we went through, I would never recommend this place to anybody. More
