I had a great sales experience here. Boramy first took down my information to save time until a salesperson (Chuck) was available. Researched Ford Focus on internet and went to Baystate Ford to test drive. Kevin Hagerty was our sales person and was the most pleasant car sales man we have ever dealt with. I purchased a used Ford Edge from Baystate Ford on Oct 8th, 2011 and had a great experience at this dealership. I had previously researched the vehicles that I was going to visit that day but ended up pur 8th, 2011 and had a great experience at this dealership. The customer service was great and all members of staff were very friendly and pleasant to be around. Kevin Hagerty worked with us as our sales man and he made the typical unpleasant pressured car buying experience very enjoyable because of his laid back attitude, extensive knowledge in what I was looking for and the lack of pressure that he put on the whole experience. He went above and beyond to make the experience as easy as possible and even brought pizza to the table as we were signing papers after the deal was made. Also, we spent 6 hours at the dealership and never once did we feel like we were being rushed, pressured or ignored which was great. Since then he has been prompt in contacting me as to my satisfaction with the vehicle and mailing the registration, which I greatly appreciate since I was not able to return to the dealership within the 7 days. I would definitely recommend going to Baystate Ford and requesting to work with Kevin Hagerty for a pleasant car buying experience. More

It's been 12 days since purchase and still no vehicle. Dealership did not send title paperwork off until 6 days after I bought it. When I call, it's nothing but excuses. This is unacceptable.
